TTIA has a qualified practising solicitor on staff to assist with the delivery of employment law services. Discussion of other legally related issues is also available and assistance will be given where appropriate.
Comprehensive advice on most employment law related matters are at no cost to members, however, complex and time consuming matters may involve a charge out rate to members. The benefit of having access to an in-house solicitor ensures Members are not generally referred to legal firms which can incur significant costs.
In particular we specialise in advising directors of their legal liabilities with respect to their business operations and employment related issues pertaining to the purchase and sale of a business. We also focus on ensuring positive outcomes for our Members when they are confronted with legal action relating to alleged underpayment claims, discrimination issues, alleged unlawful termination matters.
