Notes:

  • Fee for Service:
  1. $595 for unfair dismissal representation*
  2. $395 for Industrial Relations Commission appearance
  3. $695 for Enterprise Bargaining representation/negotiation
  4. $595 for Payroll/Wage audits
  • Members will be required to meet return air fares/accommodation where appropriate.
  • Special discount rates apply for representation/presentation for WorkCover prosecutions for Members of the TTIA OH&S/Workers’ Compensation service.
  • There is no restriction on the number of membership telephone enquiries or membership visits if required.
  • In the case of matters proceeding to arbitration, a further fee for service may be involved covering additional expenses.
